Graphic Design Common Questions

How many hours should i book?

Before we get started on any project, we conduct a complimentary consultation with every client. This will allow us to evaluate the project and at that time, we will provide you with an approximate estimate of graphic design time that you should book.

What is not included?

When you choose one of our Graphic Design packages, we do our best to provide you with print ready digital graphics. However, our graphic design services do not include:

  • Copywriting (customer must provide slogans, text, info etc)
  • Custom Photography

These items are NOT included in the price, however, we can provide you a separate estimate for the items you need help with.

What is a revision?

When we take client ideas and create finished artwork, many times clients will want to make small changes or adjustments. This counts as a revision. If multiple revisions are needed, additional hours of design time may need to be purchased. We try to be flexible and only charge what is just.

How do i sign up?

After a complimentary consultation, we require that 50% of the estimated total to be paid before beginning graphic design services. The remaining balance will become due upon completion of the project, in a timely manner.

We accept PayPal, Credit/Debit, Cash, Check, and Money orders.

Do you work on existing artwork?

Yes, we can update & modify existing artwork. Many of our clients are very tech savvy and art inclined, so they sometimes have artwork they provide.
